    Getting Here

    The Historic Village of Mauchline is situated on the A76 Kilmarnock to Dumfries road at its junction with the B743 Mauchline to Ayr road, 8 miles outside Kilmarnock and 10 miles from Ayr.

    The Village is world famous for its connections with Scotlands National Bard Robert Burns. The house in which he lived still stands, just a few yards from the Cross and the Jean Armour Statue, this and the Burns Monument opened in 1896, attract many visitors from around the world.

    Location & Parking
    The Fairburn is situated on a prominent corner site on Loudoun Street in the centre of Mauchline. There is a large Public Car park with access directly beside the Hotel.
